Paediatric Pharmacy Technician Group (PPTG)
Mission Statement
The PPTG aims to facilitate the development and sharing of ideas, information, best practice and ongoing CPD for pharmacy technicians who work in Paediatric areas.
Values and Terms of Reference:
The PPTG Is open to all qualified pharmacy technicians from both Paediatric and general hospitals who are involved in Paediatric services.
The views, opinions and ideas of all members will be listened to and respected at all times and active membership is encouraged.
Members of the group should be willing to share ideas, information, best practice and CPD with colleagues.
The PPTG will initially meet quarterly.
The group will:
· Form and strengthen links with external bodies and organisations.
· Encourage the publication of the groups work.
· Cascade relevant information back to all colleagues.
· Contribute to the annual NPPG conference.
